Process and Procedures
• Opening an account
In order to open an account with Huntsman Inc. please complete and return to us by email or fax the New Account Forms below. We will then do our best to process the information as quickly as possible in order to initiate a hopefully long lasting relationship.
• Ordering process
Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 10:30pm. Please keep in mind that some items are “special order” only and must be requested ahead of time.
• Delivery minimums
Deliveries in the Washington DC area must exceed $200.00 per delivery. There is a delivery charge of $7.00 for orders under our minimum.
• Delivery radius
We primarily deliver to restaurants and specialty food markets in the DC metropolitan area, Baltimore once a week on Thursdays and Richmond once a week on Wednesdays.
Schedules
• Huntsman Inc. delivers Monday through Friday.
• Saturday deliveries are reserved only for the city of Washington, DC with limited offerings.
• Deliveries are made between 9am-4pm.

Social Responsibility
Selling a good product or service is no longer enough to satisfy our goals or the expectations of our sophisticated and caring chef. As a small company, we want to attract today’s socially conscious customer, so we do our part by selecting what we sell based on merit not just profitability. To the extent of our ability, we also support organizations that do “good” for others.
Individual Volunteer Time
We encourage our employees to, on occasion, service our community by volunteering in a charitable organization of their choice with a 501(c)(3) designation during company work hours as part of their regular pay.
Miriam’s Kitchen
• A non-profit, volunteer based organization that serves warm meals to the homeless people of Washington DC.
• Huntsman Inc. is a proud supporter of Miriam’s Kitchen and donates specialty meat products to their facility regularly.
