La Belle Farm
La Belle Farm, located in Sullivan County NY, is one of the only two producers of Foie Gras in the United States. Using the crossbred Moulard Duck, we refined our foie gras producing process to yield great taste while at the same time rendering off less fat than others in the market. All products are processed and packaged in the company’s U.S.D.A. inspected plants to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Our selections include Grade A, B, C as well as Butter (cubes) and Portion Sliced Foie Gras. La Belle has worked with Cochecton Mills and their nutrition experts to produce a natural product free of hormones, vaccines and unnatural alterations. The selection of feed is very important in raising a healthy animal and La Belle strives to produce a natural, stable diet while giving flavor and producing high growth rates.
