Beaver Creek Farm

Nestled in King George County, Virginia, our game-bird farm produces some of the most succulent quail, partridge, pheasant and quail eggs.
Spencer Moore, in partnership with Huntsman Inc., have developed farming techniques that allow the birds to be as close to their natural environment as possible. For example, pheasants, after their fragile juvenile stage, are conditioned to the outdoors and live under sorghum cover that also provides food. Their protein intake is supplemented by managed insect supply. No pesticides are ever used. This is all done under 12-foot high nets that encourage them to flush and glide as they like.
